Linworth Village Legal Documents
As with any corporation there are documents that ensure that an organization operates in a legal, responsible, and ethical manner. To that end, the Linworth Village Association and Linworth Village homeowners are required to follow federal, state, city, and community laws. In addition, the Association and homeowners are governed by the "founding documents" (Covenants, Articles, Bylaws, Amendments) listed below as well as the Rules and Regulations defined by the Board of Directors. Key Documents
The four key Linworth Village founding documents that property owners should be familiar with are recorded with the Franklin County Recorder’s Office or the Ohio Secretary of State. You may or may not have received copies at closing when you purchased your property. The online documents are the current versions. As a resident in Linworth Village, it is important that you are familiar with these as they define expectations of you as a homeowner, and the Association Board.
